Tidehouse is a forward-looking, full-service marketing partner for both franchise systems and consumer brands.

Tidehouse is the culmination of years of work, formally bringing together 919 Marketing, Fish Consulting, NetSearch Digital Marketing, and Ceralytics under a single, unified brand.

“For over 20 years, franchising has been our niche, and in that time, we’ve seen consumer expectations shift, digital marketing reimagine itself, and franchise development tactics evolve,” said Greg Morrell, President of Tidehouse. “We knew it was time to evolve, too. This rebrand is all about learning how to change with the tides to ensure that we, and our clients, stay strong, relevant, and connected across every touchpoint and community we serve.”

This rebrand is about more than changing colors and logos — it’s about our current and future clients. It’s ultimately about launching a new agency, dedicated to enhancing our value to our clients, their teams, and their business growth.

The name Tidehouse is a modern nod to the original “tied house” model, which pioneered the franchise concept by linking independent operators under one brand.

“Tide” evokes motion, freshness, and scale; “House” anchors the brand in hospitality, humanity, and stability. Together, the new name signals a shift toward full-funnel strategic guidance, improved cross-department integration, and refined reporting with proactive, data-driven recommendations.
